“On July 8 2019, we got together for a first meeting initializing new collaborations between anatomy, biomaterials, biophysics, and mechanics, which was hosted by Prof. Friedrich Paulsen at the Institute of Functional and Clinical Anatomy. In a pleasant ambience, we recapitulated highly promising first results and achievements.”

The meeting was crowned by an impressive demonstration of the neuroanatomy of the human brain by Prof. Winfried Neuhuber. It clearly reminded us of the complexity of this fascinating organ, which is the focus of our EFI initiative ‘TissueBiomech’.
